Adrian Aylmer

 

Adrian is an INGO programming professional whose career has covered a wide variety of contexts, with humanitarian and development experience in Uganda, South Sudan, Jordan and Lebanon, and peacebuilding experience in South Sudan and the Philippines. His strengths lie in project and programme planning and monitoring, having led and contributed to numerous pieces of original research including livelihoods, conflict, and gender analyses and assessments, and practical teaching guides for use in higher education settings; in addition, he has produced successful funding proposals to donors large and small. He has extensive working knowledge of a wide variety of Monitoring and Evaluation approaches including logical frameworks, theories of change, and Outcome Mapping.

 

Adrian holds a Masters in Peace and Conflict Studies from the University of Manchester. He has a particular interest in participatory development practice, community organising approaches, and grassroots-led peacebuilding.
